RUSSIAN AGENCY LOCATIONS:

We know that many of our clients are concerned about processing Russian documents during this crisis. As of now the Russian consulates and the embassy abroad are still processing documents and accepting new applications. Also, we continue to process powers of attorney for use in Russia. Please note that the processing times of some types of documents will be extended due to the shipping to Russia ban. We will ship your documents to Russia through a third party. If you need to renew your passport or obtain any kind of Russian documents, we highly encourage you to do so as soon as possible in order to avoid longer processing times.

*IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA OFFICE

(Please read before mailing your orders)

Our San Francisco Bay Area office will be closed for the summer from July 3rd to August 13th. During this time, we will continue working remotely and our main office in Florida will remain open. You can still contact us through email or by phone. Documents should be mailed to the Florida office except for documents which require apostilles and powers of attorney from California.

All orders that haven’t been picked up from the San Francisco office, will be mailed out by our Florida office with signature required.

Our trusted courier will be handling documents from the P.O. box and submitting them on a daily basis. Please use USPS services, not FedEx or UPS, for mailing documents to this P.O. box.

If your documents are not being sent to Russia, you will receive them in America by USPS with signature required.
