What are the fees for different services?
For example, we offer 7 different options of processing times for Russian travel passports for adults and children, from 4 or 5 business days up to 4 or 5 months. Is the appearance of the applicant required?
No, the appearance is not necessary. You can apply by mail and also receive the processed documents by mail. After receiving your documents we will give you a service agreement and power of attorney to sign. The power of attorney allows us to process your documents without your personal appearance.
Where will my documents be processed?
RUSSIAN AGENCY offers only expeditor services. The processing of documents will be completed by appropriate Russian government departments, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, and/or Russian Consulates in the U.S.
When should I pay for the services?
The full payment must be included along with your application. We accept checks and money orders.
What guarantees do you provide?
Our company is officially registered in the states of Florida and California. We sign an agreement with all customers with a full description of services and processing times. In case we are not able to process your documents for some reason we offer a full refund, including the Russian government fees. You are protected in same way as all other customers ordering from any American company. Is it possible that my documents could be lost in the mail?
We have successfully worked with FEDEX over the last 8 years to insure that our customers receive all documents. All the processed documents are shipped within the US and Canada directly to the applicant with signature required. This helps to avoid any issues. When you apply by mail we highly recommend for you to use the main shipping companies and choose the signature required option.
How can I check that my Russian passport is valid?
You can check if your passport is valid in two different ways. First, you can enter your passport number on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and you will see all the information about the validity of your passport. This department processes all types of Russian Federation passports. This method of checking validity works only for Russian Internal passports and Russian travel passports valid for 5 years. Second, you can send an official request to the Ministry of Internal Affairs by mail. It will take about one month to review and respond to your request. You will receive an official written response by mail. You can use this document from the Ministry of Internal Affairs for any official purposes.
